ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Sunny Hills Foundation for Education (called "SHFE" hereafter) provides Sunnyhillsfoundation.com subject to the following Terms of Service ( called "TOS" hereafter), which we may update from time to time without notice to you. The current TOS can always be found at www.sunnyhillsfoundation.com/tos.html. You must agree to abide by the TOS to use this web site.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Sunnyhillsfoundation.com offers users access to information about SHFE, Sunny Hills High School, donors, and other content (hereafter called the "Service"). Software that operates on servers or is contained in pages is part of the Service. Any new service or content introduced is part of the Service and is subject to the TOS.

The Service may include links to third party web sites or resource over which SHFE has no control. You acknowledge that SHFE is not responsible for the availability and content of such sites whether or not SHFE has been compensated for providing such links.
